9. If an Anthrax attack starts, it will appear as a refrigerated white powder falling from the sky.
10. Anthrax is a white powder. Therefore, avoid all white powders including powdered milk, soap powder, chowder powder, flower power, and cheap cocaine. Yellow powders might also be of concern.
